A plain-language summary of how our service works. This summary does not replace the full service agreements, which every customer reads and signs before onboarding.
Please note: TechBOT provides software and automation services. We are not a stockbroker, exchange, portfolio manager or investment adviser, and nothing here is investment advice or a solicitation to invest in any scheme.
Key terms at a glance
Service, not advice. We provide automation and trade-execution software; you decide to use it after understanding the risks.
You stay in control. Funds remain in your own exchange account (Binance / CoinDCX) at all times. We access it only through API keys, solely to place trades. You may revoke API access at any time.
No guarantees. We do not promise or guarantee any return. Crypto-futures trading involves a high risk of loss, including total loss of capital.
Eligibility. You must be 18+, legally competent to contract in India, and complete all KYC / AML requirements on both TechBOT and the exchange.
API-key rule. If you change your API keys without informing us, TechBOT is not responsible for losses on positions open at that time.
Fees
One-time onboarding: INR 25,000 / USD 250.
Monthly fixed (software rental): 12% of your investment per year, billed monthly (software rental + cloud hosting + database).
Monthly usage: approximately 8–13% of your investment per year, billed monthly (API & bandwidth, upgrades, maintenance, support).
Monthly charges are a percentage of invested capital and payable regardless of performance. There is no profit-sharing fee. GST is charged extra.
The GRID specifics
Runs on a single customer-selected coin (chosen from 7–10 high-volatility options), which concentrates risk in that coin.
Uses a fixed, minimal 1.1x leverage.
1-year lock-in, with monthly withdrawals available thereafter as amounts accumulate.
Taxes
Gains from virtual digital assets are taxed in India at a flat 30% (plus surcharge and cess), with TDS on transfers/withdrawals. You are responsible for your own tax compliance. Re-invested gains remain taxable when realised.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, TechBOT is not liable for trading losses caused by market movements, exchange acts or outages, API/internet failure, or your own actions.
Governed by the laws of India; courts at Gujarat have jurisdiction; disputes resolved by arbitration seated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Full legal terms are set out in the TechBOT AI Algo Trading Agreement and the The GRID Algo Trading Agreement, provided and signed before onboarding. This website summary is for information only and does not replace those signed agreements.
